Online store & brand identity — Blacksmith Displays
A full-scope project for a B2B exhibition systems distributor: new logo, WooCommerce store, and 3D product visualisations. Result: a coherent brand presence and a store launched on schedule, without delays.
Client challenge
Blacksmith Displays, a distributor of professional exhibition systems for business clients, operated under the umbrella of a parent brand with no distinct identity for its own online store. The lack of a coherent e-commerce presence made it difficult to build B2B client relationships and to position the brand alongside Western European competitors. Available product photography was generic and unconvincing.
What we did
The project was delivered in two phases. In the first, we created a new logotype for Blacksmith Displays — featuring a clear "Displays" wordmark and a modern graphic accent referencing exhibition systems. In the second phase, we designed and built the online store: product category architecture, UX, UI design, and implementation on WooCommerce. For the key product lines, we prepared 3D visualisations to replace the generic catalogue photography.
Outcome
The store launched on schedule with full product integration. The client reports an improvement in the quality of B2B enquiries and a clear uplift in brand perception compared to the previous store. The 3D visualisations significantly raised the presentation of the premium offer — particularly in the modular systems segment, where convincing visual materials had previously been absent.
