Client challenge
The ABT-ICDG-1 is a desktop intercom station from Ambient System's product range, designed for industrial and office environments. The company needed a professional user manual to ship with the device and distribute in digital form. Requirements: clear layout, intuitive section navigation, and content suitable for both end users and service technicians.
What we did
We designed the user manual in A5 format, prepared for both print and digital distribution as a PDF. The document covers: device function descriptions, installation diagrams, safe operation guidelines, and service information. We applied clear typography, a structured heading hierarchy, warning iconography, and technical diagrams. The page layout enables quick information retrieval whether reading linearly or using the manual as a reference.
Outcome
The manual meets all technical requirements and is supplied as standard with every ABT-ICDG-1 unit. The clear, professional design reinforces product credibility and reduces the volume of service enquiries related to basic operation.
