Sales brochure — Ambient System airport solutions
A sales material for international markets: a brochure presenting PAVA systems, IP intercoms, and management software in the context of airport infrastructure. The centrepiece of the project is a custom 3D illustration — an isometric airport terminal with Ambient System products mapped across the facility.
Client challenge
Ambient System, a manufacturer of PAVA and IP intercom systems, needed a sales material aimed at airport infrastructure managers and security system integrators. The brochure was to present their full portfolio — the smartVES voice alarm system, IP intercom, and the YELLOW management platform — as an integrated solution for demanding airport environments. The core challenge: communicating the complexity of the system in a way that works simultaneously for a technical audience and a decision-maker.
What we did
We designed the brochure in English, tailored for international distribution. The content structure guides the reader from the context of key challenges — safety, acoustics, system integration — through a description of solutions to references from airport installations in Poland, Greece, and Saudi Arabia. The visual centrepiece of the brochure is a custom 3D isometric illustration of an airport terminal, built in Maya and finished in Photoshop. The illustration depicts a typical system configuration: device placement across the arrivals hall, departures hall, gates, control rooms, and the main terminal hall. All key products from the portfolio are mapped onto the scene: smartVES, midiVES, ABT-ICDG-1, ICO Emergency, ICO PHP, SMART-ANSM-01, ABT-OMN100, and others. The full publication is consistent with Ambient System's visual identity.
Outcome
The brochure is actively used as the primary sales material at industry trade shows and in direct meetings with institutional clients. The 3D airport isometry has become an iconic visual element of the airport product line — adopted by Ambient System across additional marketing materials. The brochure documents installations at airports in Poland (Modlin, Katowice, Lublin, Gdańsk), Greece, and Saudi Arabia, building brand credibility across export markets.
