Trade show booth design — Mondi, Berlin
Trade show booth design for the DACH market: three LED panel walls and an A4 press advertisement in German. Three weeks from brief to production files and a 3D visualisation ready for client sign-off.
Client challenge
Mondi is a recruitment agency based in Poznań, specialising in sourcing qualified workers from Poland for employers operating in the German market. The company was preparing to exhibit at a trade show in Berlin and needed a professional booth that would effectively attract the attention of DACH employers. All materials had to be prepared in German and meet the technical requirements for large-format LED panel production. An additional deliverable: an A4 press advertisement for local promotional materials distributed at the event.
What we did
We designed graphics for three exhibition walls built from LED light panels — each with a distinct communication role: brand presentation, value proposition for the employer, and call to action. The full set was kept within Mondi's visual identity, with German-language messaging tailored for the DACH market. In parallel, we designed the A4 press advertisement for local event promotional materials. All files were prepared to large-format print technical specifications. The project was completed with 3D visualisations of the booth, enabling the client to approve the layout and appearance before production.
Outcome
The booth was produced according to the design and exhibited at the Berlin trade show. The 3D visualisations allowed the client to sign off on the booth layout before production, eliminating the risk of costly revisions at the large-format printing stage. Consistent German-language communication strengthened Mondi's credibility among potential business partners from the DACH market.
