Photorealistic 3D visualisation — ICO Cleanroom intercoms

Product visuals before manufacturing. Photorealistic 3D renders of the ICO Cleanroom intercom replace a photo shoot at the launch stage, delivering a complete set of professional product imagery for the catalogue, online store, and sales presentations.

Context

A Product That Couldn't Be Photographed Yet

ICO Cleanroom intercoms are designed for demanding clean environments — pharmaceutical, medical, and electronic. Ambient System needed professional visual materials for its product catalog, marketing communications, and partner presentations. A traditional photo shoot was impractical at the device's early production stage — 3D visualizations made it possible to work around that limitation.

Execution

A 3D Model in Place of a Photo Shoot

Based on technical documentation and product specifications, I built an accurate 3D model of the ICO Cleanroom intercom. I produced photorealistic renders in several variants: on a neutral product background, within a cleanroom environment, and in detail shots highlighting build quality. Files were delivered in high resolution, ready for both print and digital use.

Result

Reusable Assets With No Photo Shoot Costs

The 3D visualizations were rolled out across the product catalog, website, social media, and sales materials. The render quality matches professional product photography, and the client avoided the cost and logistics of a photo shoot. The assets can be reused indefinitely without needing updates.
