Online store & brand identity — Blacksmith Displays

A full-scope project for a B2B exhibition systems distributor: new logo, WooCommerce store, and 3D product visualisations. Result: a coherent brand presence and a store launched on schedule, without delays.

Context

A Brand Without Its Own Identity

Blacksmith Displays, a distributor of professional display systems for business clients, operated under the umbrella of its parent brand without a distinct identity for its own online store. The lack of a coherent e-commerce identity made it harder to build relationships with B2B clients and to stand out next to Western European competitors. The available product photos were generic and unconvincing.

Execution

Two Stages, One Cohesive Project

I carried out the project in two stages. First, I created a new logo for Blacksmith Displays with a clear "Displays" addition and a modern graphic accent referencing display systems. In the second stage, I designed and implemented the online store: product category architecture, UX, UI design, and a WooCommerce build. For key product lines, I prepared 3D visualizations that replaced generic catalog photos.

Result

A Store That Started Building the Brand

The store launched on schedule with full product integration. The client reports improved quality of B2B inquiries and a noticeably stronger brand image. The 3D visualizations significantly elevated the presentation of the premium offering — especially in the modular systems segment, where convincing visual materials had previously been lacking.
